Maltimur is the Project Management Consultant, engaged by the Regional Corridor Development Authority (RECODA), for development of the proposed Northern Coastal Highway. Stretching approximately 89km across Limbang and Lawas, the future highway will be a 4-lane dual carriageway of JKR R5 standard.

The Northern Coastal Highway will provide seamless connectivity for road-users travelling on the Pan Borneo Highway Sarawak (from Telok Melano to Miri), through neighbouring Brunei and onwards to the Pan Borneo Highway Sabah.
